Product Introduction:

Magnesium sulfate board, also known as glass magnesium flat board, glass magnesium board, glass magnesium fireproof board, etc., is a new type of multifunctional building material. This board is primarily composed of non-combustible materials such as magnesium oxychloride, magnesium oxide, alkali-resistant fiberglass cloth, and wood chips, and is processed through special production techniques and a full set of automated assembly line equipment.

Product Features

(1) Fire resistance: Non-combustible board, with zero sustained flame combustion time, no combustion at 800℃, no flame at 1200℃, achieving the highest non-combustible fire rating of A1;

(2) Lightweight: With an apparent density of 0.8-1.2g/cm³, it reduces the load on buildings and increases the usable area;

(3) Sound insulation: The sound insulation level of a 6mm-thick board is 29dB, while the airborne sound insulation level of a partition system consisting of a double-sided single-layer 9mm glass magnesium board + 75+50 rock wool is greater than 42dB;

(4) Waterproof and moisture-proof: It maintains stable performance in dry, cold, and humid weather, and will not affect use due to moisture absorption and re-halogenation;

(5) Earthquake resistance: Lightweight construction is conducive to seismic resistance, effectively reducing the cost of foundations and the main structure;

(6) Heat insulation and energy saving: With a thermal conductivity of 0.216w/cm·k, it is more heat-insulating than the 1.1w/cm·k of ash-sand brick and stone blocks, thus saving energy consumption;
