Puzhai dezo National Stadium is one of the largest and highest grade stadium projects in the Chinese government's foreign aid so far. The project covers an area of about 85 hectares. The project is located in the Northeast suburb of Phnom Penh, about 15 kilometers away from the city center. It is the main stadium of the National Stadium complex planned by the Cambodian government. The total construction area of the project design scheme is about 82400 square meters, which can accommodate 60000 people, and the total cost is about 157million US dollars.

Dezo stadium uses 30000 square meters of navigable asbestos free calcium silicate board, which is mainly used for the interior decoration of the stadium.

The design scheme of the stadium was personally selected by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen. the overall shape is just like a sailing boat, grand and graceful, like a sailing boat full of China Cambodia friendship. The Cambodian stadium project is the largest and highest grade stadium in the foreign aid of the Chinese government so far. After completion, the stadium will become the main venue for the 2023 Southeast Asian Games.
